Packing and shipment:
- QC department check products according to drawing or sample,make the inspection report,then can be packed.

- The pallets will be stick marks and pallet list.
- Orders will be delivered to warehouse or loaded directly be container in our factory.
- Before leaving our warehouse,we will take pictures for customers to check each detail.

A:We are a professional trading exporter and we also we produce the products by ourselves.
Q2:What is your terms of packing?
A: Generally, we pack our goods in neutral white boxes or our REIZAP box and brown cartons. If you have legally registered patent, we can pack the goods in your branded boxes after getting your authorization letters.
Q3: What is your terms of payment?
A: T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.
Q4:Do you make stocks for each products?
A:We stock some popular items in warehouse,and other orders should be arranged production when order confirmation.
Q5: What is your terms of delivery?
A: EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DDU.
Q6:Would you like to open mould for customers?
A:Yes,of course.And we have complete molds for shock absorbers now.Our technician have more than 10 years experiences, they can easy to produce it according to the drawing or sample.

A: Generally, it will take 30 to 45 days after receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.
